These sessions focus on developing key techniques while analysing your riding over longer sections of trail or full runs.
By following you on the trail and using video analysis, I can identify areas for improvement, clearly explain what needs to change, and give you the opportunity to immediately put those adjustments into practice.
Alongside on-bike technique, we can also cover important performance elements such as race craft, mental preparation, and timed race-run simulations. These sessions are ideal for riders who want to refine their skills and start climbing the timesheets
