1-1 Coaching: Milland (Full day – 6 hours session)

During a 1-to-1 coaching session we’ll break down sections of trail to closely analyse and improve your riding. By focusing on specific parts of the track, we can identify areas for improvement and work on the techniques that will make the biggest difference.

Throughout the session we’ll cover key elements such as body position, braking control, and line choice. You’ll also learn why these techniques matter and how applying them correctly can improve your speed, control, and confidence on the trail.

To reinforce new habits and develop more consistent riding, you’ll also have the opportunity to ride some longer sections/full runs towards the end of the session.

The trails at Milland, commonly known for hosting Southern Enduro races, offer ideal terrain for coaching. The network is made up of mostly technical singletrack and includes a variety of features such as berms, jumps, drops, roots, and rocks—providing a great environment to develop well-rounded trail skills.
